This a recreational fish identification guide for the state waters of the Gulf of Mexico with fishing regulations and records for the gulf waters of Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas including Federal waters. The application includes the following sections; • Saltwater Bag Limits, Rules, Regulations and Records PDFs of the selected states fishing regulations and records are downloaded and stored locally on your device for use when not connected to the internet. • Fish identification Artist illustrations of over 100 fish common to the Gulf of Mexico. The fish are listed by species and detailed information about each fish is furnished including habitat and food value. • Knots A small but useful selection of illustrated fishing knots. • FishyScale This is a popup fish weight calculator. Select the type of fish and then dial the length and girth measurements into the scale. The scale will display the approximate weight of your fish. • Measurement Instructions A popup guide to fish and crustacean measurement regulations. • Locations A popup page with predefind locations such as boat ramps and bait and tackle shops.
