PomodoroPro is a timer tailored for people using the Pomodoro Technique and designed specifically for the iPhone. Want to eliminate the anxiety of time and enhance your focus and concentration? This app provides a timer to help you implement the Pomodoro Technique which was created in 1992 by Francesco Cirillo and has become very popular as a way of managing time and reducing distractions. The Pomodoro Technique helps you apply yourself to tasks by working in units of 25 minutes, separated by short breaks of 5 minutes. The steps are: 1. Choose a task to accomplish 2. Start PomodoroPro timer 3. Work until PomodoroPro rings 4. Take a short break 5. Every 4 pomodoros, take a longer break PomodoroPro will automatically switch between the work timer and the long/short break timers, as well as counting the number of pomodoros you've completed. Don't worry about taking a call or switching to another app while using PomodoroPro - the timer will carry on running even if it isn't the foreground app. Note: even though only 8 stars are initially shown, more stars will appear once you complete more than 8 pomodoros.
