# Upgrade Time! After two years and numerous free updates, it’s time for an upgrade. Retina, iPad, iPhone 5, plenty of features and design improvements. I'm starting as fresh as possible. Live tech news streaming 24/7. TWiT is the best technology news network online. Every show is streamed live, for free, over the Internet 24 hours a day; they never turn the stream off. TWiT started when TechTV was bought and slowly dismantled. Hosts of popular shows, such The Screen Savers and Call For Help, left to form their own podcast back in 2005. Today, TWiT hosts a large number of shows live and on-demand, living the original dream of TechTV. All broadcast from Petaluma, California in their million dollar studio.
