indrop, the drip counter app, that assists you setting up IV fluids. Application time and drop speed are displayed within a range, so you get a feeling for drip tolerances in a real life situation. Manually adjusted IV-sets can usually not be set absolutely accurate and not 100% of the fluid gets infused. Infusions usually must be under steady observation. Therefore, instead of focusing on a theoretical exact calculated value, the approximated range in indrop helps you to keep an overview. Quickly you know whether tolerances effect the application by minutes or hours. Simply adjust the volume of the IV fluid with the volume wheel to the closest value and see the application time variance by sliding the indrop marker up and down.
