This application allows physicians to quickly and easily calculate a patient's 2 year CHD risk, 10 year CHD risk, and 10 year AF risk. Risks can be graphed overtime to show how a patient's risk will increase as they age (assuming all other risk factors remain constant) The information presented in this application are offered for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as personal or professional medical advice.
