HEAR-TINNITUS is an application developed by a team of otolaryngologists and mobile application developers, for people with tinnitus and people who want to improve their hearing, which is composed of: -SOUND AMPLIFIER, and -GENERATOR of ·38· DIFFERENT THERAPEUTIC SOUNDS to treat tinnitus -STATISTICS and RESULTS from both the user and all users -Other features: measure hearing and measure tinnitus, and fine settings for advanced users SOUND AMPLIFICATION: -Amplifies ambient sound -Set the sound amplifier by age or by each frequency -You can hear again the last 5 seconds of the amplified sound -Measures your hearing by hearing test THERAPEUTIC SOUNDS: -They are sounds used to treat tinnitus -Use MASKED sounds and MODULATED sounds -MASKED sounds are: · WHITE noise · PINK noise · BROWN noise · BACKGROUND sound · MUSIC -MODULATED sounds are: · ANTIPHASE sound · FILTERED sound · ALTERNANT sound -COMBINATING ALL MIXED sounds provide a total of 38 types of therapeutic sounds -Measure the characteristics of your tinnitus: pitch and volume RESULTS and STATISTICS: -Display BOTH USER and GLOBAL statistics of all users of the application: -USER statistics: · It tracks your treatment with sounds · It allows to identify the sound that works best for you · You can obtain a summary of the session for your therapist -GLOBAL statistics: · Enables to compare your own results with those of all users of the application · You can find statistics by age and gender · Indicates the MOST EFFECTIVE THERAPEUTIC SOUND oIndicates the MOST APPROPIATE SESSION DURATION -RESULTS · Quantifies from 0 to 10 the IMPROVEMENT DURING and AFTER treatment Please let us know if you experience any problems with the app, we'll fix it as soon as possible: support@hear-tinnitus.com APPLICATION DEVELOPERS: The application has been developed by a team of otolaryngologists and mobile application developers (ENT-CARE Spain).
