APICS SCC SCOR App The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model provides provide organizations globally with a standard for defining process and measuring performance. The reference model approach is unique in that it links business processes, performance metrics, practices, and people skills into a unified structure. The SCOR Quick Reference Guide has been a very beneficial tool for SCOR implementers worldwide, and now this tool is even more convenient and useful as a smartphone App. SCOR is a hierarchical framework, and App capabilities allow this sometimes complex hierarchy to be demonstrated in a fast, clear format right on your smartphone. Starting with the four sections of SCOR to click on – Process, Performance, Practices, and People – users can easily find top level Processes of Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, and Enable, and click through finding definitions of the Level One and Level Two Processes, and a list of all Level Three Processes. Similar structure is included for Performance, where the top two levels are defined, and then the Level Three diagnostic metrics are all listed under each Attribute (Responsiveness, Reliability, Agility, Cost, and Asset Management). Practices and People sections include a sample list and definitions of what is included in the complete SCOR model under these sections to offer an example of what is found in the complete framework.
