*** The Allrounder under the calendars ***

iPhoneWelt rate 1.6: "AroundCal focuses on the ease of management appointments and their processing status"

■ You would like not only to administrate your appointments, but pursue them also? Set the status of an appointment to "In Progress" or to "Complete".
■ Certain appointments are more important for you than others? Simply select a priority.
■ You have many appointments during one day: Shrink the calendar to the chosen week. Move your finger over the week and the next or preceding week is shown.
■ You would like to jump to a day in the calendar: Tap on month/year in the title bar and the quick selector opens. Or glide with your finger up or down on the calendar to change the month.
■ You would like to jump to a calendar week: Tap on the calendar week in the title bar.
■ You would like to keep an appointment once again: Copy and paste it by double tapping.
■ Not completed appointments should be automatically shifted to the next day? No problem for AroundCal.
■ You need an object for an appointment, but you don´t want to carry it with you? Take a photo and attach it to the appointment.
■ You don´t want to write a big note for an appointment? Open it and record a speech memo.
■ You would like to go shopping? Select the graphic tag "shopping" and write a shopping list. You can attach to every appointment a list whose elements are checkable.
■ Or you have an appointment with the customer: Select the tag "visit" and assign an address from the address book. If you want execute later the appointment, open it and tap the > sign: The address book is opened and you can dial the customers number.
■ You have subscribed a holiday calendar: Select it in the settings and the holidays appear in another background color.
■ By the way: AroundCal can also show you all birthdays stored in the address book, and you can select that an alarm will be executed. For the birthdays which are not in the address book add a yearly recurring appointment with the tag "birthday", and these appointments will also be indicated.
■ You have lost the overview about your appointments? No problem: Open the list view and set a filter or search for appointments in the displayed year, month or week.
■ Maybe you would like to assign different tasks to a category? Add projects and assign tasks to them. You can also link to a project from a new or existing task.
■ And then you still have tasks and ideas which you would like not to plan today, but someday: Add someday projects with someday tasks. Later if you like to plan or execute the task, simply copy and paste it by double tapping in the calendar. Or simply add a date, and it automatically appears in the calendar.
■ Now you have nicely planned your customer appointments in the calendar. If you later go to your customer, you would like to record the real working hours: Add an action, tap on "Now" at the beginning date and if you are ready with the work, tap on "Now" at the end date and your working hours are recorded.
■ But what if you have several breaks in between? You can also simply add them.
■ Nice, the working hours are recorded, but you want to see them in your spreadsheet: Send the activities to your email address as a .csv file.
