This app is designed to simplify meal planning by allowing users to build meals using ingredients they already like and can easily access in their area. Users start by selecting their preferred ingredients. Based on personal details such as height, weight, activity level, fitness goals, and the number of meals they eat per day, the app uses AI to generate meal suggestions. These meals are created by estimating nutritional needs and macronutrient requirements, while strictly using only the ingredients selected by the user. To help users find meals that suit their preferences, the app allows a limited number of meal regenerations per day. Users can also edit their personal information at any time to update meal recommendations as their goals or lifestyle change. The app includes a progress tracking feature with a visual graph to help users monitor changes in weight over time. In addition, a nutrition-trained AI chatbot is available to provide general guidance and answers related to nutrition planning and fitness goals.
