This is the companion app for Antje Smiles’ Barbell Badass program.

The app allows you to:
- save paper because you don’t need to print out the workouts from the eGuides,
- take the workouts with you and watch exercise videos,
- upload and compare your body progress pictures,
- find and save your specific workout weights,
- get in touch with me if you need help.

The program is guiding you from your first strength training steps at home to being a knowledgeable lifter at the gym. Gradually turning you into a barbell badass in only 6 months.

1st & 2nd MONTH: Start training at home with resistance bands. Get a feeling for your body and muscles. Learn the basics of clean nutrition. Get your first results by pushing yourself through three 30-minute workouts per week.

3rd & 4th MONTH: Take your training to the next level and start working out at the gym with machines and free weights. Train three times per week for 60 minutes with this safe but challenging workout plan. Watch your body change with this training and nutrition advice.

5th & 6th MONTH: Level up to a woman confidently entering the weights room at the gym. You will be looking forward to your workouts. This plan will make you the strongest you have ever been before. Train three times per week for 75 minutes.

Please note:
This is the companion app for the Antje Smiles’ Barbell Badass program. While the app works without the eGuides, it does not include the strength training and nutrition advice which is a vital part of your fitness education and journey. The app is a tool to make your work with the Antje Smiles’ Barbell Badass program more interactive and easy.

The app is in english and uses kilograms as weight units.
